Long time, no contact....

Well for those of you who are still checking our blogspot, I should apologize for my delay in updating our info! We've been traveling, moving, and maybe just plain FORGOT to do it :) Since my last entry, here's what we've been getting into:
-Got moved into our lakehouse, which I will try to post some recent pics.
-Traveled to upstate NY to Lake Desolation in Saratoga with Matt's mom. She is a thoroughbred trainer in KY and had some horses to sell up there so we tagged along for the ride. Besides losing about $100 dollars at the track one day :I, we managed to have a good time relaxing and enjoying the cabin on the water. The little place was about 25 steps from the water and all motorized sports are prohibited on that lake. They had several row boats and kayaks that Matt and I used to go out and enjoy many beautiful sunsets over the water. Even though the horses didn't sell for as much money as we had hoped, it was a good trip all-in-all.
-Sold our lake lot for a nice little profit :))))))
-Got a new car/SUV.....I know, I know-I should be practicing my tree hugging skills and avoiding an SUV like the plague. What can I say? I've gotten spoiled with having all the extra room for toting things back and forth from the lake :) I got a Lincoln Aviator which is just a smaller version of Matt's Navigator. I'm sure we look like quite the little duo in our near-matching SUV's!!! At least they're different colors......
-Celebrated Matt's 35th birthday! I hear 35 is the next 21!
-Purchased another piece of real estate for owner financing.....going for cash flow, baby!

Either I'm being overly distracted by these little ninja's they call "gymnasts" on the Olympics, or I've run out of updates! It sure seems like more has happened since my last entry, but maybe it's just the mundane day-to-day activities we grow so accustomed to.
Many of my friends have really awesome videos on their blogspots (you know who you are!) so I'm thinking of trying my hand at that some time soon.....stay tuned in!
